Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) — Five com.fiveapp.app
Last updated: March 25, 2026
Five is committed to combating child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page describes our standards and approach. It applies to our mobile application (package name com.fiveapp.app), website, and related services.
Zero tolerance
We prohibit any content, conduct, or use of our services that sexually exploits or endangers children, including but not limited to: child sexual abuse material (CSAM); grooming or sexual solicitation of minors; trafficking or enticement; and sharing, requesting, or describing sexual content involving minors. Violations may result in immediate removal of content, suspension or permanent termination of accounts, and referral to law enforcement or other competent authorities where appropriate.
Age and eligibility
Our services are not directed to children under the minimum age required to use the product without parental consent in their region. We do not knowingly allow users who do not meet that age requirement. See our Privacy Policy for more on children’s privacy.
Detection, moderation, and enforcement
We use a combination of user reporting, human review, and technical and organizational measures designed to identify and address prohibited content and behavior. When we become aware of CSAE or related violations, we act promptly to mitigate harm, including removing content and restricting or closing accounts responsible for violations.
How to report concerns
In the app: You can report a post that violates our rules using the report option available on posts. Reports are reviewed under our moderation processes.
By email: For urgent safety issues, suspected CSAM, grooming, or other CSAE-related concerns—including matters that may not be tied to a single post—contact us immediately at privacy@fiveapplication.com. Include relevant details (such as usernames, links, timestamps, and screenshots where safe and appropriate) so we can investigate. Do not upload or attach illegal imagery.
Cooperation with authorities
We cooperate with law enforcement and child-safety organizations in accordance with applicable law. Where we identify CSAM or equivalent illegal material, we take action consistent with legal obligations, which may include preserving information and notifying appropriate authorities.
Training and governance
People who handle safety and moderation workflows are expected to follow these standards and applicable law. We review and update our practices as our services and regulatory expectations evolve.
